HKIS RB Term 2 Schedule Feb 15 to Jun 3, 2016, Prices and TMT Enrollment Guidelines

This class is NOT open for non- HKIS students. ONLY HKIS – Hong Kong International School student may enroll for this class.

All classes will be held indoor in case of rain. Schedule is based on the primary school calendar.

HKIS RB Mon 3-3:45pm class is only for students grades 3-5. Session is from Feb 15 to May 30, 2016. 13 lessons @ $220 = $2860.

Dates Lessons ON ( classes will be held on those days) :

Feb 15,22,29, Mar 7,14,21, Apr 11,18,25, May 9,16,23,30,2016

HKIS RB Tue 3-3:45pm class is ONLY for students grades 1-2. Session is from Feb 16 to May 31, 2016. 15 lessons @ $220 = $3300.

HKIS RB Thu 3-3:45pm class is only for students grades 3-5. Session is from Feb 18 to June 2, 2016. 13 lessons @ $220 = $2860.

Please make sure to sign up for the correct group class. There will be an administration fee of 20% of signup fee for any incorrect groups that are signed up for or a withdrawal of a group.

By signing up for a group you are taking the spot and stopping anyone else from signing up (if the group is full)

This fee will only be waived if you withdraw from one group and sign up for another group.

Make up classes are at the sole discretion of OTR Tennis Asia Ltd. We will do our best to accommodate make up classes for missed lessons, but cannot guarantee spaces each time. Make up lessons will only be available if there is space in a similar level group.

Refunds are not given for missed classes and rained out lessons. Rained out lessons at HKTC, Manhattan & HKIS during the term group classes and camp lessons will have scheduled make-up lessons as emailed by admin or on public holidays.

Students will be notified by email when make-up lessons are scheduled.

Private lesson cancellation policy – Please note full lesson fee will be charged if lessons are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel a lesson, please contact your coach directly.
