Rush Cardio

OTR Tennis Asia Ltd. offers rush/cardio classes every Wednesday from 8-9am.

What is Rush?

  • One hour of intense tennis related workouts –links to photos
  • Players are guided through a 10 minute, full body dynamic warm-up
  • Players are then split into groups and drilled on tennis specific drills that work on lateral and linear movement patterns
  • Fitness drills are done in between feeding drills to ensure non-stop movement
  • Classes are done with music playing in the background to increase motivation
