OTR Tennis Asia Ltd. offers rush/cardio classes every Wednesday from 8-9am.
What is Rush?
- One hour of intense tennis related workouts –links to photos
- Players are guided through a 10 minute, full body dynamic warm-up
- Players are then split into groups and drilled on tennis specific drills that work on lateral and linear movement patterns
- Fitness drills are done in between feeding drills to ensure non-stop movement
- Classes are done with music playing in the background to increase motivation
